I recently had the opportunity to go backstage at the L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival. Rae Morris, Make-up Director for L’Oréal Paris and Make-up Artist to Hollywood’s A-list, ran a tight ship. The L’Oréal hair and makeup team were like a well-oiled machine, churning out the models’ looks with the efficiency and precision akin to an assembly line. What I saw behind the runway was a highly organised team, focussed at delivering a flawless show.
